We got stung big time with excess. All donated items and when I explained this, they were determined to charge us for every gram over. Weighed out hand luggage and made us transfer to check in so maximum excess was charged. Rude little up-start check in lad at that!!! Would fly with other airline over Strategic, but agree their times from Brisbane were good and I enjoyed the full service, but sadly that will be soon be a thing of the past.
