I was of the understanding that Strategic was still offering full service to people who had booked and paid before a certain date, which I imagine would have been before they announced they were changing from a full service.
Family members who have flown with them have been very happy.
Personally I don't mind paying for a meal and drinks, it really doesn't cost a lot, and for us flying direct from Brisbane to Bali or Honolulu is a bonus.
