We arrived home from Phuket yesterday with only praise for Strategic. Our flights were brilliant and the food was the best airline food we have ever eaten. Flights on time and the Pilots and cabin crew were VERY professional, hard working and very lovely with it.
I'd rather they stay a full service airline but it's not up to me. If it's more viable then that's the way they have to go. Hopefully, they will retain the same high standard of flight and cabin crew.
We would most certainly fly with them again :-)
