If it's seafood you really want, I'd give the Jimbaran ripoffs a big miss if I was you.
Vastly inflated, poorly cooked seafood on a large scale generally sums up these places.
You really are paying for the sunset.
My advice would be to go to a little seafood restaurant right on the beach (feet in the sand) at Mertasari Beach in southern Sanur (much closer to Ubud than Jimbaran) called Kesuma Seafood.
It will cost you a quarter of the price at Jimbaran and you'll get beautifully cooked fresh seafood.
I'd ring them first just to make sure they're open on Boxing day and let them know you're coming.
