Salads everywhere, and things like mie goreng are good too. even if you only eat half. some supermarkets you can buy fresh fruit.
just stay away from bread and you will be fine.
its humid over there so water is what i craved most
when i travelled without kids i walked everywhere, and i actually lost weight without trying. (very hard to do when i take kids and they dont want to walk anywhere grrr) lol..
Good luck, if you feel like you need to bring the shakes bring them, but there is plenty of healthy food options, i just want to see you enjoy yourself and get the result you want.
