Have used our CBA card many times over the years once we have overspent our allocated cash amount we take with us (this seems to happen every trip lol). CBA ATM's are everywhere and you will only be charged $2AUD for using one by CBA in Australia, same as when you use another banks ATM here at home.
The only thing to bear in mind is that the exchange rate is much lower using an ATM compared to exchanging cash, so just be mindfull.
Have a great holiday, and rest assured I have never had a problem using a CBA ATM in Bali, just don't forget your card as cash is usually dispensed first then your card.
