sanur cheap accom & yummy brekky

Hi, we are venturing out of legian next trip and we're looking at Sanur.I like the sound of Taman Agung but seems you have to book througha booking agent, which means paying by credit card over the net, which I don't like doing.

Does anyone have any suggestions, that includes a nice brekky, A/C, minifridge in room, swimming pool and clean for around $40-45 a night?
