Has anybody got any advise not to attract these folks so much, i thought about walking up to a quieter parts of the beach but trouble is i like to go for a swim and go between the flags where most hawkers seem to hang around.

I think my biggest problem was getting a foot massage and then the others start coming like bees to honey, another time i was asked by a jewellery lady to buy something and she hang around for 25 minutes sitting in front of me not taking no for an answer, funny my father came down she raced up and he said "Go away"in a rude voice and she left.

I am thinking don't buy from anybody down the beach,,maybe wear earplugs like i am listening to something, wear a wide brim hat to make it hard to make eye contact,be rude and nasty to the pesistant ones (something i am not good at but must learn maybe),just turn over and sunbake and close my eyes and make no responce any experiened beach goers have any good advice ? most seem to get the message but some are dowright annoying and i go down the beach to relax,,
