We went to a fairy dress shop in Legian, around the corner from All Seasons and Melasti Hotel in Legian, opposite Carla Spa and Right next door to Mug Shots cafe. We found the quality here is excellent and they'll make to whatever size in store. They also sell HEAPS of other costumes.
