The trouble with buying your duty free alcohol in Bali before coming home is that the LAGs checks are after all the duty free shops, not before like they are at home.
Jetstar seem to not have any arrangement in Bali to counter this problem, so if you buy anything liquid that is greater than 100ml in size, it will be confiscated when you go through the LAGs checks. Garuda would seem to have an arrangement where you can collect your duty free after the checks, but Jetstar apparently have not sorted this out.
Your best bet is to buy your duty free when you land in Perth.
