Generally speaking Oct/Nov and Mar/Apr are BAli's hottest months. What can cool them down is if it rains [and/or much overhead clouds]. The oldies say the wet season finishes at Nyepi but in recent years it has gone from the traditional 6 months to 10. Having said that we have just had the first normal dry season for many years so maybe the next wet season will also be back to normal?
Of course if you stay in Ubud it is always that much cooler, particularly at night. No air-cons needed, and dininng in the garden a norm! The real Bali!
