I had a look in at it when I walked one morning. The price that was given for a deluxe room was $234. I think thats a bit over the top considering that it doesn't even back on to the beach. Rooms all built around the pool. But they do have a lift. Didn't think it was that fantastic for the price. There are about 6 other hotels and apartments being built on Kartika Jl. The hotels are going up every where. There are 2 massive ones being built on the beach front.
