Bris to Bali flights

We are heading back to Bali in May 2012 and while we have seen some cheap(ish) prices on Jet* we really want to travel on direct flights which Jet* do not offer. Interested in wot others have paid for direct flights with either Virgin or Strategic and how much before you travelled were you able to get the good price.

Appreciate any information you are able to offer.
