Dress alterations and sequining

Hi,
We are in Bali next week and staying at the VIra Hotel in Tuban. I am hoping while I am there I can get a dress taken up and a few minor alterations but also get the dress sequined/beaded for a dance costume. does anyone know if this is possible and can anyone recommend anywhere that might do this. Thanks heaps :)
