we've stayed previously at the Puri Raja which is next to the MBR and used a laundry service directly across the road from the entrance. From memory, the name was Ana or Anna Laundry and it was down a laneway off Padma Utara. There was a blue & white sign with the laundry's name & an arrow showing the way down the laneway. Any of the stallholders across from the MBR would be able to point you in the right direction if need be :-)
