have, in the past, allowed lesser teams to prevail at world cup time.
With the cup being held in NZ there was a policy change allowing the AB's to hold the no1 ranking plus take the cup.
I believe this change is to be permanant.
The only blot on the horizon is the arrival in Auckland of a French warship.
Remember the Rainbow Warrior? Those Frenchies will do anything to win on Sunday.
