I went twice in August and wasn't impressed at all.
The first time I went in solo for dinner. After the meal, which must have been ok, but wasn't a stand out, the band was starting up. They seemed to sound ok, so I figured I'd hang for a while. After 20 minutes of trying to get anyone's attention to order another beer I was totally over it. I'm not exaggerating, it took 20 minutes to get one of the two waitresses to stop fawning over their, obviously very regular customers to acknowledge me, so I just asked for the bill and left.
It's not even like the place was busy. Just not interested in any sort of service.
I went back a couple of weeks later with friends. They had been having lunch there, which they said was nice, and I stopped in for drinks with them. First round, no problem but after that, the two waitresses seemed to just disappear into a back room. We were one of only two tables occupied in the restaurant at the time, from memory. One of us actually had to physically go and find a waitress to get served again.
Not sure I'd be rushing back next trip.
