only one hotel in Sanur that would be on par with the Padma or Kartika Plaza and that would be the Bali Hyatt (5 star).
The only other two that might come close (in size and facilities) are the Sanur Beach Hotel and the Puri Santrian (both 4 star).
All three are well placed in Sanur.
