Jetskiing in Bali

I am looking for more information on jetskiing in Bali. Can anyone tell me do you need a PRD licence (especially for travel insurance purposes), are you still only able to go on them with a guide or can you hire 1 to drive yourself and how much is it.

Any other info would be greatly appreciated.
