you needed two copies of everything and two passport photos on each; one clear photo and one with name etc on back by witness. BIG TIP: when doing the kids visa's you need to send copy of birth certificate as well as passport etc. I wasn't aware of that & got call from lovely helpful lady & sent certificate copies in. Still only took 10 days.
