There is a mini mart close by...If you leave the resort and head to the left (towards seminyak) there is a mini mart just next to Warung Eurpoa (which are famous for their crispy duck).
Also a mini mart in the opposite direction just near the corner of JL pettitengent and Jl Batu Belig.
Good Restaurants nearby: Warung Eurpoa on Jl Pettitenget and Warung Sobat on Batu Belig - both good food at great prices.
Also Naughty Nuri's on the opposite side of the road to Warung Sobat (I didn't have a good meal there but lots of people rave about it so we could have been there on an "off" night)
For more upmarket there are quite a few very close to Ivory: Metis, Sardine, Sarong, Cafe Jemme, Harry Juku, also a Thai place near sardine and Metis but I can't remember the name of it.
If you have any children travelling there is a flapjacks at the front of the resort.
