Do not use this company, we booked a hotel in Bali but had to change due to family problem. we rang the hotel & everything was fine because we had canceled in plently of time. canceled with AGODA & received a cancel notice. credit bill came in with charge form AGODA the full amount, we were expecting $15US cancel fee but not full charge. When we rang AGODA they told us that the hotel, DO NOT give refund but they would check with the hotel. We rang the hotel back & they said they did not charge AGODA any money for the room. The rule is AGODA will not give the refund, After 10 emails AGODA said the hotel will only charge for one night. The hotel has not received any money & they now say that AGODA policy is not to refund any money & next time book direct with the hotel & tell them the price on the internet & they will match it. The hotel policy is to refund all money if you cancel 7 day before.
