I have the photos to prove that "El Presidenta" Jimbo, The Man with the funny accent, made the best artistic, abtract ,designer spring rolls on the planet!!!
Unfortunately my kitchen does not have the same ambience of the cooking class day.......I look at the recipes and just feel sorry for myself that I am here in the sticks ,still bloody cold and wish I was back in Irma's kitchen.....and the other excellent students that day !! Deb
