Insurance anymore. Ended up in Bangkok Hospital with Food Poisoning and luckily we had private travel insurance as well (CC insurance did not cover hubby's pre-existing illnesses). So even though we pay fully with CC we always take out travel insurance with TID. Make sure you read the fine print!
