It may be well for those from Western Australia who have >70 flights per week from Perth. They usually get the use of "near terminal" bays and the aero-bridges. Those who fly with Garuda also enjoy terminal arrivals. However, when flying from Adelaide ONLY x4 flights per week, we enjoy arriving at Gate 26 (on the tarmac), then waiting and being "Shuttle Bussed" to the Terminal. This takes time, and often when there are other airline arrivals at the terminal you will have to wait at Immigrassi and after the luggage carousel you will have to wait for Customs. If it takes "10 minutes" to go through Immigrassi, luggage pick-up and Customs, I for one would like to know the "recipe" for getting through the system so quickly. I travel there every 3-4 months, and have never been through in Express Time (un-assisted),as some apparently do.
VIP-VOA can assist, but its up to the individual as to whether they choose to use this service. I have and am pleased with the overall time saved.
