Although if you look in their direction they will most probably offer their assistance before you can ask. I have been asked several times with a discreet "I can help you sir". I have never taken them up on this offer but when I looked back @ the guy who offered it from the Immigration queue, he came over & offered it again. Cost was Rp100 000 which is only just over A$10.
