The club suites are a mix of independently owned apartments in the same block - they are all renovated and maintained by their owners so just because one presents well will not necessarily mean they are all like that. We just stayed there for one night between villas and ours was owned by Sejuk. Although the apartment was recently refurbished, the integral problems of smelly drains (we had to leave the exhaust fans on in the bathroom) is more to do with the overall age of the building itself. The cost was cheap but I don't think I'd ever stay there again....just not my style but they may well be perfect for other travelers.
