I do feel for the family.
We have all done things we should not have done at some stage in our lives, but most of us got away scott free or lightly. This is not likely to end well for them and is so sad.
Also concerns me that IF it was indeed a sting operation as it seems to be, the negative impact this will have again on Bali.
I already have heard quite a few comments of negativity towards people who were thinking of holidays to Bali. I can understand their concern, especially if they have not been to Bali previously.
Comments and mistrust due to this sting and Schapelle and her insistence of innocence.
The publics comments seem to be supporting that it is unsafe to go to Bali as you can be set up by the corrupt police and end up in jail.
I have never had an issue myself BUT I am concerned if this was a set up sting operation by the so called mafia (LB I think they are called) or by the police.
Unscrupulous targeting anyone besides a young lad that is for sure.
Bali tourism will suffer again if this is not sorted quickly.
