for a good rate, otherwise if you walk along the pathway to the left of TS reception (adjacent to the ricefield) and turn right when you get to the street, there is a tour service shop that can change money for you.
As far as breakfast goes, there is quite a large menu which you can order from and have it delivered to your room. Or you can eat in their restaurant adjacent to reception or you can go to the Monkey Forest entrance and eat in their little cafe. The room service menu provides for order single dishes or they have several little packages. I think it's very good value and having breakfast on your verandah is a lovely way to start the day.
