What wonderfull advice from one who also broke laws...encourage the behaviour it makes sence to say its ok.
Interesting point...its not your parents fault?..really?...then it was purely your decision, a decision you believed u were capable of at 14?....thats a great defence.
I have 3 children and understand the plight...I just believe that my taxes and our government resources stop getting used when the law is broken....Forget the penalty being too harsh its a simple question.
