I am glad that some of the BTF members below are not jurors on any case in which I may be the accused.
The story is still unfolding and there is probably still much to be known about what has really happened here.
As with the great Legionaires disease debate of 2010, many are leaping in with "caught, tried, convicted.....punish" perhaps prematurely.
More unfolds today regarding the process used on a minor and the legality thereof.
The mode of apprehension (quite likely entrapment) also needs to be looked at.
It is likely that a lad has made an error of judgement, but I think that the smoke should be allowed to clear before both he and his parents are nailed to the cross.
