just around the corner is a street called Drupadi (off Dyana Pura)- lots of laundry's in that street. Never had any problems with any of them. Also along Dyana Pura which is the main road which runs down to the beach near Puri Saron has lots of little gangs which have laundry's. I can't remember the names of them but have used a few and all have been good.
