Orphanages & Hi Tea

5 weeks today till we land in paradise.we are bringing along 4 Bali Virgins & plan to shop & tour till we drop !!!!!!!!!!
Last visit we went out to an orphanage & would like to do the same again but not sure how to organize this..
Also we would like to do A High Tea while in Bali as we like to have high tea in Melbourne..
Any suggestions of where to go & maybe an address greatly appreciated.
