if u want it for cooking purposes, u can buy a can of coconut milk, and put it in ur wok, (ABOUT HALF THE CAN) and rapidly stir with out letting up to often, around the sides of the wok and back down, it will turn into oil! when i cooked thai food(for a living)that is how we always did it! good luck!
