restaurants on par with Pearl?

Next trip we will have a couple of friends who appreciate the finer things in food with us, last time one of them came to Pearl with us & hasn't stopped raving about it :-) So now looking for suggestions on similar type places - good food & service, price flexible... We will be spending time in Legian, Sanur & Candidasa... Thanks in advance!
