Tour Guide/driver for first trip to Bali

I'm traveling outside of the US for the first time and I am SO excited! I'll be traveling with my adult daughter and my sister Oct 18-29. We are staying in Nusa Dua from the 18-23 and in Ubud from the 23-29.

I'd really like to make the most of what may be my only trip to Bali. Can anyone recommend a guide? I'd like to do a couple of day trips to make sure I see the Temples, Mount Batur, Gunung Agung, the rice terraces, maybe snorkel, and I'd like to see some things off the beaten path.
