It depends on the villa
There are several privately owned villas within the housing complex, each with their own website/owners
Bali Kuta Garden has one in the Kuta Royal Complex and a different villa (2) located in the Panorama Cottages 1 in Legian
There are also some privately owned villas in the Kuta Regency Complex which is located nearby to Kuta Royal Complex
