we stayed last October and did not pay anywhere near US$300+ per night nor did we experience any problems with mould, cleanliness or general maintenance. The 4 bedroom villa we stayed in was immaculate and well worth the AU $230 per night we paid, in fact I would've been happy to have paid more if it had been necessary. Just my opinion.
