staying at the Besakih also in March next year, I have booked thru the hotels web site, ABL tours , not realisng that I could have booked direct with the hotel.. Has anyone used this company previously ? They seem to take ages in responding even though I have had confirmation on reservation, they have not taken payment ... we booked with them at the beginning of the month .. just wondering if this is the norm ...thx Karen
