as I indicated. I am aware of the pitfalls of a agency. Went OS recently and our TA booked us into a hotel that had been demolished. Apparently she did not get the email.
Got on the phone to them and they had it resolved in less than 10 minutes while we were standing in a foreign country and could not speak the language. How fast would it have been resolved if we had booked on line? In less than 10 minutes? I think not. Yes they did stuff up initially but we were compensated.
Not only did we get free 5 star accomodation, but also got phone costs, transport costs and meals were covered.
Sorry, but "my choice" is a travel if you want to be certain.
