We made a purchase through paypal (not for travel) about 6 months ago. Initially we were told 6-8 weeks delivery - how convenient - when it did not arrive ($900.00 item) paypal told us our time was up for making a claim - they were not the slightest bit interested.
After getting no response from either the supplier or paypal, we contacted our bank. They went through the channels and got our money back for us. It took a long time. Good Luck
