Both my husband and I did the Bamboo Shoots Cooking school at SBV in Sanur and absolutely loved it. My husband even received a "certificate" for his spring rolls. Apparently they were unique and worthy of note...(all I noticed was bits falling out and a feeble attempt at wrapping!) It was a wonderful experience that I would recommend.We all enjoyed it. Irma and Dewi were so patient and fun. Google it..it's worth the experience!
