There are quite a few, I did the Bumbu Bali one a few years back, although a little expensive it was the best day out . It can be done with or without market tour but if your interested in Bali way of life then it's a must.
Format of the cooking class is more of a group cooking where some dishes are done by one or two of the particapents and everybody else reads out the instructions, other dishes are done by everyone.Most of the prep work is already done by the chefs so it's the assembling and cooking you do. There are about 22 dishes done.
