Well I got some script sunnies done from a little shop, located nearly opposite the Melasti Beach Hotel in Legian. (Full Moon Optic, Jln Padma Utara. his mobile is 087 861 532 113) The stall looks like a clothing one, but has a cabinet with glasses in them. I found the guy really good, (I was quite surprised as it didn't look like the type of place they would do a good job) and since then I know of a few other people that have had them made there as well.
If I remember correctly, I did bargain a little on the price, but was happy for sure..
