May and June is not a peak season, so spend some time to seach and compare before you book. It is still not to late if you book before Febraury.
I just came back, after booking keep finding more and more informations, as tourism is a very big business in Bali.
Keep yourself in this forum you will get many inputs other than where to stay.
Look for bloggers, their hobby is travelling and writings may help.
