Hi - I emailed Strategic about the same thing when they announced they were changing from full service to low cost, as we had booked and paid in January, and as we're travelling with kids, I wanted to be prepared food-wise.
They responded that we would be given a full service flight, and the staff member arranged children's meals for our two kids on both flights. However, I have no idea what type of meal it will be - may well just be sandwiches.
Our times have also been changed several times, but so too has the flight, as the Bris-Denpsr flight now has a tarmac stopover in Darwin, which of all the changes is the only one I'm truly disappointed with.
