Perth Airport Parking

Hey guy, just wondering if anyone knows some info about the parking at the international airport, the new section wasnt built the last time I flew out.
Is the shuttle bus to the front of the terminal free of charge, do you need to book and also what times do they run as we would be arriving at around 1am.
Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance for you responses.
