changing money on Nusa Lembogan Is

We are flying into Bali and being transported straight to Nusa Lembogan Is for 5 nights then back to Tuban for a further 12 nights. My question is should we be changing our money before travelling to NL or is the rate still comparable to the mainland. Cheers
