Hi All - Love the forum, I have spent hours creeping around and now have a specific question i hope you can help me with.
My fiancé and I will be returning to Bali for our second trip in April next year for our honeymoon. Last time we were in Ubud we stayed at the Kajane and really liked it. This time round we are looking for something different and I was hoping for some recommendations pretty please. As a bit of background our priorities are:
- Valley/River views from our Villa
- A newish and smaller resort/private villa (ie we hate the big international chains - just not our style)
- Reasonable distance to town (10 to 15 mins in a car is fine)
- Plunge pool would be a bonus
- Looking in the $300 to $350/night bracket.
Can anyone make any suggestions? We have found a couple of possibilities (Alila, Royal Kamuela, Amori) but none as yet are really ticking all the boxes.
I might be hoping for to much but thought I would ask the question.
