seems to be a trend in too many Sth Bali restaurants lately. Mozzarella and Seaside certainly do this and I suspect that bulk frozen pre cooked meats are being purchased as there seemed to be a sudden rush of lamb noisettes a few months ago and all tasted the same , no matter which restaurant.
Mexican food at Seaside often comes out cold in the middle, burning hot on the sides.
